The Purchases Agrees to the Following

Deposit and Payments

 Deposit for kittens/cat is $200. All deposit and monies received are non-refundable unless the breeder decides due to the quality of health of the kitten being purchased cancels this sale. The remainder of purchase price plus shipping or transportation related costs and any other fees, are due in full three weeks before shipping date or pick-up date if payment is not made by cash. This allows adequate time for bank clearance. If payment is not received by said due date or pick-up date, the buyer loses all rights to cat, forfeit’s the deposit, and the seller is free to sell the cat to another party.  

Shipping, Transporting or Pick-up

If third-party shipping arrangements are being made, buyer is responsible for all shipping and related charges, and must be paid along with final payment. If delivery is made by seller, a fee may apply and must also be paid along with final payment. The seller is not liable for kitten/cat after acceptance by shipper of buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the third-party shipper if kitten/cat is lost, damaged or delayed, resulting in the mortality of the kitten/cat. Buyer agrees to call or email seller within one hour upon initial receipt of kitten/cat.

Health Guarantee and Personality

 All kittens/cats are guaranteed to be healthy when leaving cattery with their first set of shots and de-worming.  Buyer is responsible for all veterinarian fees from date of kitten leaving cattery.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to spay or neuter kitten no later than 10 months old (unless sold as a breeder). Upon proof from buyer of spay/neuter procedure and second set of shots, seller will process pedigree papers of said kitten.  Please note that cats are very young when leaving our cattery and we are not responsible for personality changes that may occur after leaving Gruccisphynx cattery.  It is the purchasers responsibility to train the cat to behave the way you deem correct for your household.  It is said that Sphynx are good companions for humans that are allergic to cat hair, but we are not responsible for any allergies that may occur once the kitten is in your care.

*Health guarantee is voided if purchaser does not send proof of vet visit within on week of receiving kitten.

Please Note:

Kitten will come with a registration slip from TICA after proof of spay/neuter procedure,and second set of shots.   kitten registration and the cost of registration is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Registration form/papers for kitten/cat purchased as a pet will be marked “NOT FOR BREEDING.” (unless sold as breeder)

Seller cannot guarantee or warranty type, color, behavior/personality, degree of hairlessness, reproductive capability or any show achievements.
